ThINCpod Episode 5 - Conservation & Food Security with Ann Eriksson

Ann took us on an unforgettable journey to Moore Hill where we learned about the efforts that went into protecting and acquiring two nature reserves on Thetis Island: Fairyslipper Forest and Moore Hill. These areas are ecologically diverse, play an important role in nature education, and are culturally significant to the Penelakut First Nation. It is loved by many conservation enthusiasts and Thetis Island residents alike. We hope you enjoy Episode 5 of ThINCpod where Ann tells us a little bit about the importance of conservation and its relation to food security!
